Leading the organisation towards Self Sustainability Resource mobilization, Growth and Self Reliance is a major role of the Chief Executive’s Office which has steered VHAI to a very healthy growth, both in terms of budget and activities. VHAI currently enjoys very good relationships with all funding partners, including the Government. In the direction of self reliance, some concrete steps were initiated from the office like Printing Press, Art Gallery, own DTP Centre and overall cost consciousness of the organization.
Ensuring sustainability of its projects and promoting self reliance has been an important goal of the Chief Executive’s Office in VHAI. During the formulation of each programme, it is ensured that the programme is sustainable in the long run with its reigns in the hands of the people eventually. VHAI believes that only then will the goal of self reliance be effectively attained.
