With the formal release of the publuication in Chiang-Mai, Thailand, the project was successfully able to share successful models and practices from various South-East Asian settings with policy makers, international agencies, researchers, social activists, programme personnel and civil society for wider learning, experience sharing and forging the way ahead.
The second project is on developing an effective Self-Care handbook for capacity building community healthcare workers and volunteers. This collaborative venture was successfully flagged off with a two-day round table discussion at New Delhi on 6-7 April 2011 on the concept, framework and production schedule. The meeting was attended by senior experts and project coordinators from both the organizations. |
